I use the website
https://trainingpeaks.com/If you decide to pursue coaching, I'll send a secondary email with steps detailing that setup process.
This website has an app. You can view your workouts/calendar and leave feedback after workouts when I go to prescribe the next bout of training.
Workouts will be given ~weekly and will be posted prior to the first day of training that week

Nope! Cancelling is easy and payment is only collected monthly.

My professional training and scope allows me to discuss general guidelines and best practices. All other concerns will require the guidance of a dietitian. Don't worry, I'll help you find a great one!

I'm fairly easy going when it comes to this. Clients are able to text me as needed, email as needed.
Replies will be timely, but not guaranteed to be completed by the end of a day.
Urgent concerns should be a phone call.
Calls or zoom calls are less needed once we get going, but I'm always happy to accommodate. Just know, my coaching pursuits are not my primary day job and may limit scheduling. Text/email will always generate a faster reply.
I aim to be proactive in meeting your needs as an athlete, but I like to be transparent with the limitations I currently have in my day to day schedule

Throughout a training year, I will prescribe various tests to gauge improvements achieved through our plan. This continues to help refine what's going well and what isn't.
Or as a simpler measure... if you're able to run more mileage per week and without injury, that translates into much better fitness.
